problem with my lg tv, warranty company told me roth electronics will be there next day to review and repair or order parts, took five days, showed up unprepared, no parts no review, took my tv, one week later we called for update, customer service had no idea about our case, another week no updates from them, we called them and they had mixed information and a "supervisor", with and attitude, 3 weeks later item still in their shop and no word when it will be repaired, avoid this place at any cost, the owner posted "YOU CAN'T MAKE EVERY CUSTOMER HAPPY, SEND THEM TO THE COMPETITION

Great response-diagnosed probable issue and made sure they hard parts before servicing my Samsung dryer. Worked around my schedule to provide appointment. Showed up on time and shared information about repair, including showing us bad part that needed to be replaced. Would highly recommend.

They ordered parts for my LG refrigerator it took a few weeks then came out I think Ralf is the serviceman's name for Roth's he was quiet at first but then I was asking him about the refrigerator and he was very knowledgeable and professional he did a great job. My experience with him and Roth's was excellent. However I found out the LG model I have has a lot of compressor problems mine is just under two years old thank god I bought the extra warranty. LG should recall them and replace the cheap compressor's at their expense. I spent a lot of money on this refrigerator not to have it break down within two years.

Roth was given to me as a authorized LG Repairman business my refrigerator had stopped working...LG had sent someone to diagnose problem already...so by paperwork from LG
Roth already knew what the problem was
Bad compressor...told me it would be 2-3+ weeks for someone to come to repair it
Repairman came out..no repair parts...told us he had to diagnose problem himself..
Same problem..bad compressor ..he would order parts and we would go back into 2-3 week rotation.after parts were received ..its July in FLORIDA its been 30 days after having a heated conversation with him about WHY he didn't have parts he informed us he would not return..after 34 days was given a new refrigerator by store. This firm does not seem to have good communication skills with each other or warranty companies ...it appears that other people have had similar issues with Roth.
It amazes me that anyone would expect someone to be completely WITHOUT a refrigerator for WEEKS on end...

Worst buisness ever . I spoke with someone on the phone a few days before going . My problem was a denon reciever still under warrenty . The person i spoke with told me to bring it in with the remote and receipt. I live an hour and a half away from this buisness . So i brought it in and the people working looked at me like i was stupid and said if its under factory warrenty theres nothing they could do . They were treating me as if i lied about them telling me to bring it in . Why would i waste my gas if they dident tell me to bring it in. If you are smart you will find somewhere else to get your electronics serviced at . Very rude mom and pops buisness .

A typical "mom" and "pop" business. The whole family must work here. If you have a complaint it doesn't get brought up to the appropriate person and if it does nothing will get done because they are related. Our refrigerator needed a part and it took two and a half weeks to come in. We had to eat out and live out of coolers. Every time we called there was some excuse why the part was not in. They claed it was due to our warranty that it had to come from a specific place. The man who came to the house tobpit the part in had a personality of a wall. He came to the door didn't introduce himself and didn't say hello. I asked him if he was alright and he just mnled something under his breath. We have three extremely friendly pug dogs and he was afraid of them and asked if we could lock them up somewhere. He was obnoxious and I told him I didn't need his attitude. I called Roth back to complain to Greg and he hasn't called me back. The guy that came to the door is probably his brother ha ha so I doubt anyone will talk to this guy. Stay away from here and save yourself a nightmare. If you have two weeks to wait on a part then go for it.

I found this company on Angie's List with an outstanding rating. The technician arrived on time with the right parts and smarts to fix my TV at a reasonable cost. This was the best repair experiance ever; completing the repair on the first service call.

Fantastic Experience!

Roth's did such a great job fixing my flat screen! I had spent a fortune on my TV and originally thought it would not be worth fixing. They were so accomodating and showed true customer service. I recommend Roth's whole heartedly!! Fantastic experience!
