Sol and his whole crew took very good care of me: checked with me regularly to assure me progress was being made and reinforce that they were there for me; kept me apprised of what was being done in the many steps necessary to comply with Brevard County’s code; coated the exposed duct flange (which is proven to keep the air temps cooler as well as aesthetically looking much better). The county inspector stated they did a beautiful job for me!
I now have a great unit cooling my home that is backed by a company that has been here for many years. I highly recommend this company for any of your a/c needs!

The best people in Brevard doing air conditioning repairs. Saw their business address on Yellow pages and their office is already open before 8 am. Their technician Mr. Jim is very courteous and highly professional, he troubled shoot my heat pump for just 2 minutes!!! Highly recommended. A+ service.

I called Quality Comfort on a Monday morning before 8:00 am and was greated by a very nice lady that asked what the problem was and took all of my info. She scheduled me for an arrival time of between 11 am and 1 pm the same day. Jim called around 10:00 to see if he could come early. (WOO HOO! It was hot in here.) Jim came out, got to work and replaced the broken thermastat inside and the capacitor in the outside unit and the charge was very reasonable. Very nice people and good company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quality Comfort came to our home to perform an annual AC Maintenance Check; they performed a very thorough check and identified a probable issue with the AC capacitor. Their maintenance check was very reasonably priced. As a result of their recommendation, we hired them to replace the capacitor and they promptly took care of the repair.



When we experienced a problem with unit three days later, we contacted Quality Comfort; again, their response was immediate. They took care of the problem restoring the unit to fully operational even though there was reasonable doubt as to whether they were to be blamed for the failure. Thank You Quality Comfort for your professional ethics—if I could give you 10 stars, I would!!!

QUALITY COMFORT A/C is really a very professionally operated business. They are true to their word and prompt in their call response time. I was totally satisfied with their service tech, JIM JONES. He was courteous, professional, and answered my questions thoroughly.

I havent had the pleasure to deal with a company, in a very long time that believes in the motto, that customer service is number one. Very professional, extremly prompt.

They have one me as a customer for life. I had them install and complete new unit, and duck work. I had 10 estimates, and they won hands down. They also take the time to explaine and show you what is needed and what not. Many other company were trying to convince me of repairs and replacements that were not really needed. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I hope there are more companies like this.

It is refreshing to know that there is still reliable and trustworthy companies out there because I had lost all hope. I was reluctant to call any air conditioning service unless it was a referral but I had no choice. But after I read the reviews I was impressed and decided to give them a shot....And I am impressed, Damien was on time and very courteous. He gave me helpful pointers on how to keep the units inside and outside clean and recommended a yearly service. The price was reasonable and up front. I will never have to worry when my unit acts up because now I have a company i am going to stick with for life. If anyone asks if I know a good A/C repair company now I can say yes. Thank you.

I was having a problem with my a/c on the weekend. I needed help and I needed it fast. I called Quality Comfort and they came out right away to help. Sol was extremely friendly and made me feel like I was family. He explained what was happening to my a/c handler and told me that I had the wrong size for my home. I was suprized but he explained everything to me and it made perfect sence. It never really cooled the house right and my electric bills were super high. His prices were also great and I had the extra comfort that I wasn't being ripped off because other companies wanted to charge me alot of money just to come out and look not just install or anything. Since I have gotten my new a/c my bills are going down and for that personal touch they send me hand written holiday cards. I like that because not many people take the time any more to be personal. Sol is a great all around person and he has my business forever.
