Not only do they not carry Nextguard tick medication--the best on the market--their groomers in the grooming salon are discourteous, disorganized, and inexperienced. We have a flexible and pet friendly business where employees and consultants can work from home or bring their pets into the office and often drop off at PetSmart Groomers before work and during lunch hour for haircuts. Too many incidents of lost rabies records and cancellations due to overbooking and not wanting to "risk the safety of their animals" forced everyone to seek better, more efficient, and more talented groomers elsewhere, even if it meant driving to beachside locations. But, we admit to having fun with the uneven and odd haircuts. We're all for creativity but the Edward ScissorHands employees at PetSmart Viera Grooming Salon provided plenty of laughs at our Halloween Party last Fall. Let's just say our furry employees did not need costumes! Hahaha
