By the end of just 7 days from when I called for a job estimate, I received not only a very reasonable quote but also an expertly completed job, finished to my absolute satisfaction. I am totally impressed that Jim himself came out to evaluate the situation, understood what I told him I needed, and took the extra steps around to make sure he saw what I really WANTED. I am extremely impressed that he sold me the service I called him to provide and NOT, like some others, pushed more of his product to persuade me to buy unnecessarily. I have confidence that his first goal was to take care of me and my house, not to hype his company and inflate his profits. The day of the actual work - and on time - Jim came with the crew, introduced us, made sure they knew what the job was, and returned to check on them at some point during the work. At the end of the day, with structural integrity where the damage used to be, there was not a thing out of place or disturbed to indicate they'd been there. You can't find a better company.
