We bought our living room set at Havertys in May. We bought the piedmont. It only took about a week to be delivered to us... And 6 months to fall apart!!! We went to Havertys thinking we would get quality furniture. Could have gone to any discount furniture store for better quality. In 6 months we had 8 tears in seams on both sofas! It's only my husband and I at home. No Kids, no animals. We arent on it all the time as we both work full time. They started a "service ticket" on November 16th 2015. They are going to replace all the cushions. Another problem was the cushions are very lumpy and do not look neat. It is January 28th 2016 and still NO replacement cushions. OVER TWO MONTHS!!!!!!! They say the parts are being ordered?!?!?! I am done with Havertys and do not recommend anyone wasting their money!!! Go to Rooms to Go over Badcock furniture you will get the same quality. You would think furniture would last 10 years. Do not shop at Haverty's!

Best customer service I have ever received

My husband and I recently purchased a mattress and boxsprings and chair and ottoman from this store. Our salesperson was exceptionally helpful and the delivery process was the best I have ever received. They kept me well-informed of the time of delivery and were prompt and courteous. The store even handled an exchange quickly and courteously. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great furniture and great customer service.
