I've been a patient of Dr. Mosher since I was 13. Going on 33 now, and he's always treated me with the same kind, calm patience that's hallmarked his philosophy on life. Emily has been with him for a long while as well, and I admit her demeanor can be abrupt when at the front desk or on the phone, but she cares and she works very hard at a job which she has great skill in. I think people have come to expect front desk staff to be overly saccharine, and if they don't get diabetes from the interaction then they think they were treated rudely. You will get honesty and respect from the front desk, but be mindful to give the same in return. And Dr. Mosher, well, he's good enough that, when he accepts new patients, there's competition. He can also afford to be choosy. So while I wholeheartedly recommend the man for his skills, I warn prospective patients that this is not a Walmart you are walking into. The customer is not always right. Abuse and disrespect isn't tolerated.

With a wait time of 3 months, no preferred referral options and a phone operator who could care less about how acute an issue is, not sure I believe any of the reviews on the web. Wonder if the Dr. even knows his prospective patients are being turned away and turned off by staff.
