Took my automatic pool vacuum to store for repair that was under warranty. Called almost two weeks later to see if parts were in. Owner left me a message saying it's under warranty, it takes a while. If you can't be patient come pick it up, box it up and send it back to company yourself. I called manufacturer at four week and there was no part ordered. Picked it up four weeks after I left it, still on shelf among 2-3 dozen others in for repair. Horrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful.

Horrible customer service, horrible service, do not complete jobs, are rude and disrespectful to customers, do not return or make follow up phone calls as promised, instruct the customer to do one thing then refuses to complete a service weeks later. DO NOT GO HERE! A pool vaccuum was brought to be fixed, told every thing was in order and would recieve call after a month no call, called them was told they would call back, two weeks later no call-we call them then are yelled at and berated for not bringing the proper parts for this vaccuum to be fixed even when it was dropped off I specifically asked if they needed this particular part and was told no. They refused to do the job. And the year before they also held the vaccuum for 3 months and never fixed it. They are the only place that fixes this vaccuum and they know it and treat customers like scum since we have no other options.
