Went into the store last winter for string that wouldn't stay tuned. Gal in the store addressed the problem on the spot, tuned the instrument by ear, and switched out our case with a new one because ours showed premature wear. All of this was already covered by the annual $27 insurance coverage. They also sent out a free new string by priority mail when one broke.
