I purchased my Gravely mower from The Mower Shop in Medina, OH. I have been nothing but pleased with the tractor and its performance to date!!!! I have had general maintenance done at this same location and have been pleased with their service.

This is the place to get your education and shopping all done at once. The experience and selection is great and they have years of service knowledge as well to back up a good purchase decision. Thanks for making good use of my time and money!

I purchased a Husqvarna Chainsaw from them about a year ago. great place.

Just purchased the Husqvarna zero turn lawnmower package from them. Zack was awesome. He took the time to answer our questions to ensure we made the right choice. We went in on Saturday morning and had our equipment 2 hours later. Excellent customer service.

We had a very easy purchase/delivery experience buying our dixon mower last year and look forward to our future relationship.

The service to repair my snow blower was excellent. Employee's were helpful in determining whether to buy a new one or get unit repaired. They were right. New unit would have cost me over 3 hundred dollars. Good guys to work with.

Great service. The big box stores simply do not have the expertise in maintaining lawn equipment. Prior to buying my lawn tractor at the Mower Shop in Medina, I went through two lawn tractors from Sears (Craftsman) and Home Depot (John Deere). I've had my Ariens from the Mower Shop for over 8 years now with no problems. I have it serviced once a year (with their pick up and delivery option) and couldn't be happier. Great customer service. Everything you need in one place! Two years ago I was looking for a Zero turn for my new house. I was very picky and undeceive. I was in there for hours asking question after question and bugging them to know end. They answered all my questions with no problem. After 3hrs of badgering them...I left. Without a mower. (I needed to do more research) Came back a day later and still answered more questions as if I was a friend. I purchased my mower and couldn't be happier! But it doesn't end there...next it was a chain saw. Same thing, hundreds of questions, and answers with a smile. Then a leaf blower.... It's not going to end there either! Long story short, great people, knowledgeable service, and all the parts you need to maintain your equipment.

When I was shopping for a zero turn mower I looked online and checked out all of the big box stores. I am glad I made one more stop at the Mower Shop in Medina. They offered me a higher quality mower ( Dixon ZTR) and a better price than I found anywhere else. Furthermore the product knowledge prior to purchasing was unmatched. My satisfaction has been further reinforced since purchasing because of the excellent customer support that has been provided. They take the time to answer all questions and have no problem providing the necessary information to assist DIY service and maintenance. I highly recommend anyone in search of a lawn tractor to make the Mower Shop their first (and only) stop

I have been a customer of The Mower Shop for 20 years now. Ken the owner, and his helpful staff have always provided me with EXCELLENT service. They even come to your residence and pick your mower or snoblower up. Why have I been loyal for decades? Because they are trustworthy and go the extra mile when I need it. I own a medical lab and have zero time to waste. These folks have always been there for us. Their product line is very good, and reliable. Their service is friendly and reasonably priced.
