Provided by YP.comWe had problems with the work they (Lakota Concrete) did (stamped concrete in the basement); the floor cracked badly and concrete was coming up in places. After inspecting the problem Andy never contacted us and numerous calls to him have gone un- answered. They apparently don't stand by their work and or guarantees.
It did take some time for us to get back to them as we were working for Subway in Milford, CT. on a large project at there new World headquaters training facility. Upon returning from this project we were in touch with the Robertsons came out to inspect the issues. After removing some of the overlay a moisture problem was detected in theses areas of the basement. As well as the entire north wall and ceiling had been replaced as a result of a large moisture issue. These issues directly effected the overlay. We agreed to repair the areas at no cost to them even though it was certainly not a warrantable item as the water issues were not present the year before when the floor was overlayed. Mr. and Mrs. Robertson are great customers and are pleased with their basement.
