Dave was raised on a dairy farm where his parents instilled a work ethic to do a job to the best of his ability. He has never forgotten his parents' teachings and has passed these same work ethics to his son, Mike. Both Dave and Mike have always strived to exceed the customer's expectations on everything they do.
