Great place to get your lawn done. Only time it ever looked close to mediocre was when it got super hot last summer and everything dried out, so it wasnt even close to their fault.

Brookside Lawn Service is by far the best lawn care provider that I've ever been with, and I've been with plenty! I tried trugreen a few years back but lacked any personality or friendliness, and none of the workers knew what they were talking about. Then after trugreen I tried bare foot lawns I believe it was called and for a year or two it worked awesome! But then very sadly trugreen bought them out. :( then after seeing brookside at my neighbors house and saw their lawn so green I decided to give brookside a call and they came out right away with a professional who knew his stuff, told me what needed to be done and gave me a price. Then about 2 days later a worker came out and fixed my lawn! And after about 1 month and a half my lawn looked just as good or better than my neighbors! The only reason I took one star off is because they no longer mow lawns and they did such a good job I would have gotten both if it were still available. I would definitely recommend brookside.

Where to begin...unfortunately I need to give Brookeside Lawn Service a 1 star, I'd go lower if I could. Stay away from these guys, your are better off doing it yourself instead of wasting money to try to undo what happens when they service your lawn.

I have taken care of my lawn for the last 3 years, never had an issue with it. Decided that I'd let a professional company take care of it so I didn't have to worry about it anymore, the cost was relatively the same. Boy, I wish I could take that back. Weeds started growing rapidly in August, Brookside Lawn Service came and put down and application late August and I left 2 days later for vacation. When I returned from vacation 11 days after they put down and application weeds that we their before I left took over my entire yard. Over 50% of my grass was brown and covered in weeds.

It was a holiday weekend and I could not wait for them to come and service my lawn a day more. I had to tear my entire lawn up and put down new dirt and reseed my yard and spend over $250 to get my lawn back. I called as soon as I could and let them know of my displeasure. I spoke with a woman named "Cindy" who claimed to be a manger. I canceled my service, told her I did not need a manager to look come look at my lawn since I had to reseed everything and asked that she revert the charges of the last service. Which she said she would do and hoped that I started service again in the Spring.

I just got a bill in October with interested added to it, I called again and told Brookside Lawn service that Cindy said she was taking care of the bill. Cindy no longer works there and they needed my $54.08 with interest but they were willing to work with me and take off $4.00 for the interest. Gee thanks, your check will be in the mail and here's your review. You'll need it because business will not be so great very soon just looking at some of the other more recent review.

Stay away from Brookside Lawn Service.

Be very careful with this company. Billing is wrong. They tell you they can apply to your credit card now they magically don't own a credit card machine. Our lawn looks the worst it ever has since they took over doing our lawn.

I have waited a year to write this only because lawn care services always start the first year off good , then the quality and service start to diminish. Not the case here. They have and continue to do a great job and I really feel appreciated as a customer

This business was professional and efficient...don't let the cheesy photos fool you! Brookside made my lawn flourish, weed free and dark green! their customer service was phenomonal. Brookside is a must for you lawn!!
