I went to this shop about 11;15 AM. The shop was supposed to be open at 11;;00 AM according to the info on the web and posted on the door. I waited about 40-45 min. and then left to get lunch. I returned at 12;20 and the shop still wasn't open. Altogether I wasted 1 1/2 hrs. on my day off. Another customer was there waiting when I got there and said that the owner operated on her own time, to which I responded that it was a poor way to run a business. It was very irritating and a total waste of my time. I would prefer to support a local small business which is why I went there, but after that experience I would never go back. To me it was unprofessional and rude. I left a voicemail for the owner since no one answered the phone.
