Bad customer service...especially during these tough economic times where customer service is KEY to a successful business. The girls who work there are untrained and unprofessional. I am new to the Medford area, but not new in the beauty/nail industry. This place has a lot to learn. I will never go back, and will purchase my products elsewhere, as well as open my big mouth about this place to whoever will listen.
