I own a very respectful business and say Dean was a big help. He showed me many stoves. picked one he wrote it up and I made an appointment to have him install it.

Install date and time were all kept as scheduled. No mess was left at my home and all came out as promised.

Had a chimney cleaning scheduled, and they never showed up. They called the next day after I left a message asking what happened to them. And said they couldn't reschedule for another week.

What a mess. These guys are horrible.The stove they installed still won't work properly. I had to call someone else to fix their slip-shod work.

These guys are horrible! Substandard work and dishonest business practices.

If you're thinking of installing or repairing ANY kind of stove, these guys will not only leave you with a gi-normous mess, but they will charge you BIG money for it.

bought a regency wood stove and the whole experience was good . Regency stove is performing incredible. we shopped other stores and smokeys was the only one who did their own installation. the person in the store was real knowledgeable and the installers were a joy to deal with. bottom line if you need a stove you need to go to this place.

Smokeys is a god send after calling two other companys and received no help other than a service call and told I needed a new stove, Smokeys men repaired our gas heater and the charge was less thgan the other companys service call that did nothing. I will never call anyone other than Smokeys in the future.

Their guys came to do a chimney sweep but found issues with my fireplace. They asked if they could take a look on my roof to make sure. I said they could as long as there was no charge for it. They told me there wasn't and left me a statement with a 0 balance. One week later i received a copy of that same statement, now a bill, for the "inspection" they did and it's for an outrageousness amount. I feel scammed! I would NOT recommend this company.
