They require 18 x-rays in order to receive an exam and cleaning. I requested to receive fewer x-rays because I don't want that much radiation. They refused to give me an exam.

Would give zero stars if possible. Requested that only covered services be performed. They never checked. Performed temporary services which were not covered. Said they would get a preauthorization on a crown. Waited two months never heard back from. When they were contacted again they blamed it on the insurance. Insurance said they would not provide the appropriate documentation. When office was asked about it they said they did not have time to provide it. We found another dentist who did a great job, but got stuck with a bill from this dentist that we should not have had to pay.

Ugh! Don't go here if you can help it! I was given this office as our only option for dental care in Medford, as we are on the OHP. I definitely would go somewhere else if I could.When I called to make my sons' initial appointments, I was greeted very sweetly and taken care of. I requested an initial appointment with cleanings, and one of my sons needed two ortho rings removed. At no time during the entire phone call, or my subsequent visit, was I informed that they do not provide those services in an initial appointment. When my first son came out from his appointment, I was told that not only did they not clean his teeth, but that they wouldn't do it until they received a clearance from a surgeon regarding a surgery he had TEN years ago when he was seven. Now, I have moved ten or more times since then, and definitely don't remember the name of the ONE doctor who did the surgery out of the ten million I dealt with...but the lady behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude and judgmental about it (you don't REMEMBER who did SURGERY on your SON? she asked). When I told her that he has never had any troubles with any of the dental procedures he had before, she proceeded to tell me, very rudely, that the reason they need this information is so my son doesn't DIE in the chair. DIE?? Why would you say that?? Talk about insensitive and rude and judgmental - she spent the entire time I was in the waiting room rolling her eyes and making comments about the other workers either when they weren't in the room, or behind them where they couldn't see her. That ONE person, KC, made my entire visit miserable. It was one thing that one of my children had to wait TWO HOURS for his appointment...but the lack of professionalism and basic disregard for anyone else's feelings and intelligence makes me sick. Tactless and rude. She should NOT be allowed to speak to the public. So basically, because I used to make $50k a year and was able to afford my life before I lost my job and now live in an area with no jobs available in my field due to my husband being relocated, I have been forced to get on state-funded aid. And THIS is how I'm treated.

My family is uninsured and finding quality care at an affordable price was a pleasant surprise. The office staff helded me feel calm and relaxed, I was nervous taking my child for an extraction. Dr. Ollman is the pediatric dentist we saw and he is AMAZING! Cool, confident, compassionate, and highly skilled staff all around.- Andrea Kidd, Central Point.

I have three kids and for some reason, my middle child is really afraid to go to the dentist. I finally talked him into going and we saw Dr. Stevens. From beginning to end, the trip was great. The front office staff was very nice and funny with Christian, they made him feel like he was very brave! The assistant that took him to the room was very cute and nice and Dr. Stevens was very cool! They have a great staff board where everyone made a funny paper teeth that 'looks' like them. My kids love to match the assistants with thier tooth! I'm really glad we found Affordable Dental Care! They are also very knowledgable about insurance, which is a big help for our family of 5. ###Thanks, ADC

I saw Dr. Jung and He was very quiet and calming. Very soft spoken and great chair side matter. The staff is very bright and friendly. They all recently moved into a new location and seem to be very happy and appriciate their new surroundings. ###I saw Holly, the hygeinist they kept after the other office closed, and she is so knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this office to my family and grand children! They also have all new front office staff and those girls are smiley and happy! Nice change!
