I was looking at buying a used wood stove with a couple cracks in it and called to ask about repair options. When I told the gentlemen about the make, model and asking price of the used stove he said that I better buy it today or he was going to buy it out from under me. He was laughing about it and saying that he wasn't joking and was looking on craigslist for it right then as we were talking. I called for repair advice an to possible give them repair business and he was actively trying to buy the stove before I could while laughing about it. WOW, UNBELIEVABLY RIDICULOUS!!

We decided to purchase a Fireplace Wood Stove insert and went to Orleys in Klamath Falls. We picked out the most expensive model as that was the one with the lowest emmissions. They wrote up a proposal and said one of their people would be out by the end of the week to measure our fireplace and make sure it would fit. After TWO weeks we called back and talked to the manager of Orleys and he said he would be out that evening...Well we are still waiting for him to show up! At the beginning of Sept. we went to Diamond and purchased one of their stoves. It was ordered and arrived at the store within a week or two. Craftmore Builders (Kelly Nelson) installed it and it is working wonderfully. We couldn't be happier! Thank you Kelly and Diamond for wonderful service and installation...Orleys...we are happy you didn't call us back...Lord knows what would have happened if you had installed our stove and we had any trouble! If you want goodd service...dont go to Orleys! Try Diamond..
