I accidently damaged both my AC unit and heating and we had a contractor give us an estimate for repairs that far exceed what Nathan Perry charged us. This repair work is often done by a system that Nathan Perry does not use and their professionalism not only saved us hundreds on repairs but we could not be more satisfied, Timothy & Karen Martinez White City, Oregon 97503.

The day of installation Nathan himself told me he'd have to come out in a few weeks and test my unit to qualify for the Energy Trust Rebate and the state tax credit. He never did the test. After waiting awhile I called to schedule it myself. I spoke to his wife. I told her I would need it done soon to be able to do my taxes and to leave a review online. Her response was, "Hmmm, you're starting off kinda nasty aren't you?" I said no, I just need this testing done. The testing never got done, the time period to get the rebate expired, and unless they get on the ball and do the testing I won't get the state tax credit either. I want them to make it right by comping my bill of the rebate I should have received and running the test so I can get the state tax credit next year.

The day of installation, 10/27/09 Nathan himself told me they would have to come out in a couple of weeks to test the unit and make sure it qualifed for the rebate. Weeks went by and nothing was done. I was waiting for the test and the paperwork to qualify for the federal and state tax credits. Finally I called them on 3/17/10 to find out when the test would be run. The woman I talked to was rude. When I told her I needed this done so I could write an online review. Her response was, "You are starting out kinda nasty aren't you?" I told her no I was not but I needed this done to file my taxes. I ended up calling Springair who got the paperwork together for me. Then I found out the testing had to be done within 120 days of installation to get the rebates. Thanks a lot for costing me my rebate.
