Everyone was very polite and professional, form the staff to the doctor. The doctor listened to me about my past and present conditions . Would highly recommend this clinic.

Friendly warm greeting. I was called back for a room on time and the doctor arrived within minutes. He was kind and listened to my concerns for the visit. He explained what was needed to correct my concern and the procedure was quick and painless. I appreciated the entire staff and experience.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of Todd Brooks and the CD Derm staff. I highly recommend them.

I needed help with an infected cyst. I called on Medford Derm for help as I have done in the past. Great decision. There are some new people on staff that are as warm and professional as those in the past...maybe more so. As usual they knew right away what I needed and took care of me. I read a negative review of them and it just doesn't sound like the office I have gone to. The new PA there is top of the line and the rest of the staff I dealt with were very friendly and well trained.

BAD BAD BAD!!! WENT 10 TIMES & STILL BARELY ANY PROGRESS & EXTREMELY PAINFUL. WHEN I COMPLAINED I WAS TOLD TO TELL THE LADY (MOTHER OF THE PERSON WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE) TO USE MORE ICE. WHEN I DID THAT THE LADY GOT A BAD ATTITUDE & MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE SO I WOULDN'T ASK AGAIN. I FINALLY GAVE UP. THEIR ATTITUDE IS THAT LIKE SHE SAID "BUT THEY DON'T CHARGE AS MUCH AS ANYONE ELSE". THAT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GO TO 3 TIMES MORE THE TREATMENTS TO GET THE SAME RESULTS & YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO SUFFER GREAT PAIN EVERY TIME!!! BIG WASTE OF MONEY, TIME & PAIN & SUFFERING!!!
