They had my rig for a little longer than I thought, but it was worth it. Everything running great! Todd saved me from spending a ton more on what I was told needed to be fixed. Turns out there are honest people still out there!

Very professional and kind Willing to work the extra mile to get the best Quality Job done at a reasonable price ! Todd Lockwood is a genius in the auto repair trade his business is the best in this County! I'd give them 10 stars if I could ! I know alot of other friends who go to him and not a single negative thing to say from anyone!

Lockwoods had my car for 8 months to fix my head gasket. I called about once a month to check up on things, they lied constantly, kept changing the story about what was going on, then once it was "done" i pay the $1600 and drive down the road and coolant sprayed everywhere. Took it back 4 different times and they still said they couldnt spot a coolant leak. At this point you can see why im writing a review... anyways so i took it to a machanic a co worker recommended and they guy says "wow they screwed you over" im back to square 1 with a broken head, now $1600 in the hole. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK TO LOCKWOODS!

LOCKWOODS -Todd - 6/2011I would NOT recommend Lockwoods!My Son/daughter~in~law (early 20's) took their car to Lockwoods, wasn't running right (Fri. morn).TODD fixed what "he said" was wrong, charged $360. They took it back Mon., was worse than before. TODD said he would have it fixed by noon next day(Tues).TODD said he ordered part, there wasn't 1 in Valley, would be UPS'd overnite & fixed by noon (Wed). Called Wednesday, TODD said part hadn't come in. TODD said he'd overnite it again. Thurs, still NO PART!! Daughter~in~law called Friday afternoon, TODD said he was working on it at that time. I (Mom) went to Lockwoods... car was in back field behind a truck. TODD WAS NOT WORKING ON IT!!!! Wasn't fixed!! Mon. TODD said he'd have it fixed by noon, NOT FIXED at closing Monday.Tues, late afternoon car was fixed. TODD charged another $100. Another mechanic said 7 codes TODD 'said he fixed', weren't fixed (but cleared). Replaced unnecessary parts!!TODD LIES*CHEATS*STEALS

just waiting for my truck, its been 2 weeks and i hope its running good. about 2 weeks ago i had my truck in the shop and was on my way to Klamath Falls, and the engine seized.
