Love this place! One of the cleanest shops I’ve been to. Great environment and love the work they do!

Highly recommended. Spent a lot of time with us to get it just right. Great people and great prices. The piercer was great with our daughter too.

Love this tattoo shop! It's always very clean and when you're here, you're treated like a friend, not a dollar sign. The tattoo artists take the time to talk to you, give you every possible scenario, suggestions for the best end product, etc... And you ALWAYS get what you pay for. I've never heard anyone in this business put down any competitors; they definitely won my business as a life-long customer. And I love that its a family owned and primarily operated business. There's a reason why they have lasted so long in this valley; no corners are cut!

I was ignored by the staff at Epic Ink . I was also told that ALL other Tattoo and Piercing shops in the Rogue Valley have been closed. As a local I know there are several Tattoo and Piercing shops in Southern Oregon that have better prices and are a-lot nicer than the people at Epic Ink. This is Unprofessional and Not True. If Epic Ink is willing to undercut its competitors they are acting out of desperation. It is my opinion that this would directly affect the quality of there product. I would rather spend my time and money with a business that does not spread lies and rumors just to get ahead.

I've been around southern oregon for over 30 years. I have seen tattoo shops come and go and even went to a long standing shop for years (won't mention the name). The guy I used to trust seems to be getting old and not into tattooing much anymore so, I went to every shop in the valley and checked out my alternatives. EPIC is by far without a doubt the best. Especially when it comes to customer service. I'm glad I looked around because instead of getting an old, tired and grumpy biker tattoo, I got an awesome tattoo instead. And as far as for a place for 16 year old children as posted by another person. Of all the shops out there, this is the ONLY one I would take my daughter to. Trust me I've been to them all. Thank you EPIC.

I have all my piercings and tattoos done at Epic. The staff is super friendly and helpful, not to mention the quality of work is phenomenal.

Worst experience ever. I took my 16 year old hispanic step daughter in to have her belly button pierced and the two people working wouldn't stop making derogatory racist remarks long enough to help us. I will never go back in there and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

My sons have gotten all of their piercings done here and we have always been very happy with them.
