About 4 hears ago I chose Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (aka ARRMC) to help me with blood draws and lab work. Through the years I've also had them preform needed procedures and have been to their ER a few times and their Urgent Care Facility. Everything has run like clock work until problems with my last three quarterly visits for lab work. The testing I had at the end of 2017 was sent to my doctor 10 days after the draw was taken. I contacted the lab and they told me it can take a bit of time so I adjusted had had my next draw done earlier allowing for a delay. The results took over 2 weeks to arrive and my second doctor had to call to have them sent. So I adjusted again. The last draw was taken on May 24, 2018, and the results were sent the next day (so I thought). My doctors office called and told me they reviewed the results and that there was nothing of real concern and they will go into detail on my visit in 40 days. So I go to my doctors appointment as scheduled and they confirm all the data was in line. BUT! ARRMC had only sent the results for one of the FIVE tests taken. Holy POOP! Where were the other results?
I called Asante's Lab. they looked it up and I had indeed taken more than ONE test. Checking further the lab tech. discovered they had a glitch in the system and that it only sent out one of many results from that days draw. Yes they had the results and they had never been sent out. He asked if I would like them sent out again. What do you think I told him?

My doctor had those test run for a reason, what if something shows up in the results I needed to know?

My medical provider paid their portion of the bill I paid my portion of the bill We just did not get what we paid for.

Is this the kind of service Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center is now providing?

Asante does not seem to care, they got paid.

Do I need to find and use someone else to do my lab work?
