We found there was a need in the local communities for a high quality pool service company. Aloha Pool & Spa Service is a family owned and operated business that is committed to providing complete customer satisfaction. We stand behind all the work we do, which is why we have many references to back it up. Our goal is to take the hassle and headache out of owning a pool or spa. We will be offering a few new services that are rare to find among other pool companies. First, we will be offering free chemical delivery within 36 hours of purchase. Our customers will also be able to come to our retail store and have their water tested seven days a week. Just click our different links to find out more. Superior Customer Service

Aloha Pool & Spa Service has amazing customer service. I called them with a problem during the height of their season, they came out imediately and fixed the problem. I had another medford pool company out to fix my pool and after they took my money the problem stll wasn't fixed. The other company would not return my calls or come back out. Aloha came to my house was very professional and fixed the problem right the first time, and charged me less than the other company. Their prices are more reasonable, and I also found out they have a very nice retail strore in town. I will never use any other company except Aloha Pool & Spa Service.

That is why we will always call the day prior to your appointment to confirm and give you a two hour window of when we will arrive. Also, we do all of our own work we use no subcontractors.
