Provided by YP.comChris Piacentini, the financing manager and a salesman at Riverside Motorsports, forged my signature on a credit agreement. The management at Riverside Motorsports were involved in getting my original credit agreement reinstated, and Keith was great in this aspect. However, Chris is still employed at the dealership to bring havoc to your life. My credit score was severely affected by the forgery. If you want a motorcycle and a 3+ month headache, go see Christopher Piacentini. You shouldn't need to have a direct line (to her cell phone) to the Head of Operations at Ducati Financial; she is very nice but I never wanted to meet her going into this purchase with Chris.

Provided by YP.comWent to riverside to have my 01 Ninja 500 serviced for a stalling issue. I was told the fee to identify the problem would be approximately 1 hour of labor ($90), and despite it taking longer to solve I was only charged what I was quoted. While it was a simple issue they were quick, pleasant and knowledgable, definitely a good place to have your bike services!

Provided by YP.comThe cats at Riverside get mad props for not lol'ing at me for outfitting my Vespa with ridonkulous Harley-sized saddlebags. Also they were super friendly and efficient when I got my inspection done there. I will definitely be a return customer.
