Penny wise dollar dumb. I used to order my subs from here. The pizza is ok but even though I gave them so much business over the years the customer service never improved and they are rigid on their 'deals' I ordered four pizzas for one of their bogo deals and the owner was going to charge me full price for the two additional pizzas. So I had someone else order the two pizzas. The owner called my house and cussed me out while I was in the middle of my daughter's birthday party. I cancelled both orders and got my pizzas from a much better place that is a little further away. It's been almost a year I do not miss them and I actually found other places nearby with amazing pizza and subs that are not so rude.

Worst customer service. I have been a vegetarian for 9 years and ordered an eggplant parm along with a chicken pizza for my boyfriend for delivery. I got a chicken parm. When I called back they insisted that I ordered a chicken parm. Seeing as I haven't eaten chicken in 9 years, and my boyfriend was sitting next to me when I ordered, I think the mistake was on their part. When I called, they just kept telling me I was wrong and they wouldn't do anything for me. Totally not understanding.



Thanks a lot. Never coming back.
