So I tried a few different companies out when I was on the Internet shop around like most people do happen to make a phone call because I was in a pinch and I needed a quick fast service that was going to get me to where I had to be right away. These guys were right on time never had an issue game at 4 o'clock in the morning when I needed them and I book them five times cents. You can save your The Best all day long but when you don't show up it becomes a problem. This is the reason why I will call this company every time not only do they show up on time they're there early they are reliable and I have always been there for me the last six times I've taken them. Definitely reliable definitely a company that I would go with and i'm I think you could eat off the floor in their car because it was absolutely Clean and didn't smell like cigarette smoke because I'm asthmatic. As far as anybody else out there that says there a taxi look for a meter in the car because these guys did a great job and for $30 they go to Logan out of Medford it was well worth it! You can choose what you want but what you choose these guys you'll be a customer for life! Ty

I happened to read one of your ads and realize what you were talking about if you type in the words Medford and Taxi sometimes multiple different numbers show up none of them being a medford taxis or phone numbers . I happened to find these guys at 781-395-5000 they also have a number 781-3915000 .It's amazing the amount of people that don't realize what's on the Internet can be misleading but once you find a good Company you stay with them! I have been with these guys Over 12 years now from the very beginning that I can remember ever since I first moved to Medford and I know that they have a outstanding reputation and serviceJust want to thank you for being on time you guys make my day every time I come here and I will continue to call you at the drop of a dime because you've always serve my family well and taking care of many of my friends when they have called! I have taken A1 several times for early morning trips to the airport and train station. I never have anxiety wondering if they will show up. I called A1 last night for a 5 AM pick up and A1 was there early as usual.

Totally just want to thank the people over at A-1 Taxi Service for taking the time to take our reservation for New Years Eve when no one else in Winchester would. My 4 girl friends and I had a total blast in Boston at the Hilton and the party was excellent! Loved the Escalade and the driver was a total pro at it's best.Happened to find you here and read some of your reviews and I must say great interview and great all around service. Dear A-1 I must say that after reading your review i was totally impressed. What i liked best was that you took the time to do a interview and tried to help the people who look for cabs to understand the industry. You didnt make it all about you and tried to help the public understand what 2 look for. I think i've used your service before but your one of the first that i've read that sound's like they really care about the people and dont act like your just another ride. LOCAL TAXI OWNER MAKES HUGE RETURN TO BOSTON AREA!

After sitting back for a year and a half local taxi owner Peter Sewell of Medford watched the industry turn in many directions. The recent adds all over the internet have pushed people to want honest service on time service and want to know who is real out here and who is fake. The problem he say's is the names and the phone number's.Some of the adds are so fake that it drove him to come back to Y.P.com . Most of these company's here are 1 man shows they all make there web sites look like gold with 12 cars or limos but in reality it's 1 guy hoping to steal from the next. Cell phone numbers are the other problem. If ya been around this business for as long as I have anyone who's smart will realise that a 800 number or numbers that end in 7777 or 5000 are the one's who have real cabs taxis or limo companys that service the area and are legit. Most numbers that look like 3245698 are gypsy cab guy's and rob ya blind. Very misleading to younger people who dont know. Review's are also funny everyone is the king the best the greatest but lets give it a break! Writing your own review's to say your the greatest only go so far with some people. We all aint perfect we all anit the best so let's not kid ourselves. Cliant's are build by good reputation not by good or bad review's. Never go by review's stick with one company that you like and run with jesus! RESERVATIONS!!!! When ya need to travel always call 1 or 2 day's in advance. So much easier on the people in the office to line up everyone on time so there never late. Just wanted to thank New England Taxi News for this add and hope that it helps all who read it. I logged on to make a reservation with a company in medford to go to logan and come across sweet mary review. i found it funny that someone would go threw so much trouble to write up bad review's to 3 differant company's not knowing who they might have taken and they all say the same thing! They all have good reputation's and I think that it sound's like competion sabatage if ya ask me. Cameron

Just wanted to thank A-1 for the outstanding service on Tuseday before Thanksgiving! We called 2 other Cab or Taxi Service's from Medford and the usual B.S. applied!This was the ownly one that took our reservation with little or no notice and got us to the Airport with in 25 min. from our call! Recently went on a trip with my family to Boston and got stuck in Medford at the Hyatt Hotel from a plane delay on September 9th. Because there were 5 of us we needed a van. These guy's were awesome and were on time the next morning at 6:30 sharp.Great Escalade and clean car. A must use if you travel in my book! Thank you for being there in a pinch! Beth Goodwin Wash. Recently called for a cab from Winchester Ma. to go to Logan .Driver was on time and very helpful with all of my bag's. Car was clean and the ride was a new looking Escalade . Will like to recommend them to all who want real service to Logan! Great Job Sharon

I live in Arlington and needed to go to logan quick.Went on line to find a Arlington Cab Service. The first was to high ,the second was a hour wait , and the third well as usual did not pick up. Decited to try this company thinking I was getting a regular cab instead I got a new Cadillac Escalade for $45 Dollars which from Arlington is what it cost on the meter anyway. Car was clean ,driver was reliable,and the drive in was very relaxing . Totally a must call if you live in the area ! Price does not include trip but highly reccomend this company

to other's who don't want to ride in junk!
