I take my chihauhua (Bugsy) there for his nail clips all the time--only place I go..the girls are wonderful. Place is conveniently located for me, as my dog hates car rides.

We have used pups n sudz several times now at the recomendation of a family member and we couldn't be more pleased. This is the one and only place out little guy comes back happy and well groomed, everywhere else he has come back behaving like he had a very tramatic experience and his last time at the local petsmart it took him several days to get back to normal. I think everyone is entitled to their opinion but our experience and the experience of our family and friends are a far cry from the 2 negative reviews on here. We strongly recomend them and think you will be just as happy as we are with Pups-n-sudz.

I took my golden there and never again! We are new to the area and I liked how close it was from our house so we tried it out. My golden goes to the groomers often and besides being a little shy he always does good. At previous groomers he always comes out relax and letting folks pet him, Not the case here, he jolted to the door when I picked him up and he didn't let the staff touch him. The place was dirty, not organized, and staff doesn't know what is going on. His cut is the worst he has received and was I could tell he was cut! Never going back!

I highly recommend using Pups N Suds for the self-service wash. The shampoo seemed a little watered down so I double washed my dog. This was way better than having to shower with the dog and getting hair everywhere. If I had a dog that needed groomed it would not be taken here. This is more of a do it yourself wash the dog kind of place.

i took our yorkie pup here for the first and last time today.dont leave your pets with these rude and irresponsible people.after they practically cut his left ear off ,they said don't bring him here anymore among other things.i thought these people were professionals,yet can't handle a 8lb puppy.oh ,did I say they were rude !!!!!

I took my bichons to pups n sudz for the first time just a few weeks ago and I was very pleased with their cuts. Most groomers made them look like poodles, but I was thrilled to see my bichons look like bichons. Also, when I picked them up they were so calm and not scratching to get out like at other places I have gone! I highly recommend them.

This establishment is filthy!!! If you don’t want your animal to catch a fungus or nasty disease do not let these girls groom your pets. I wouldn’t even bath my pets here.

Over the last 2 years or so, I have taken 4 dogs to this groomer. I started using them when I was treated very rudely at the Petsmart Grooming in Mechanicsville. They are always friendly, professional and finish with my dogs quickly. I have a Pom that I have taken to them 6 times for a lion cut, and they adore him. They are very reasonably priced and well organized.



I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. I have tried Debbie's and it just made me miss Pups 'n' Sudz.
