Kelly's knew PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE was going to pay for towing of this car since their client slammed into this car from behind. But refused to tow to bodyshop unless paid in full immediately at the scene of the accident. Holding car in storage lot until payment received and THEN will tow to bodyshop, essentially two towing jobs it seems to me...plus storage fees....CALLING FLETCHERS TOWING NEXT TIME!!!
