Based on the previous reviewer's grammar problems, I doubt the owner understood what the hell the guy wanted. I bring my cars to this place and only this place. I've seen countless local dealers bring their auction vehicles to be checked on. The lot is always full and the place is always busy. This is the same place that replaced my transmission for less than half the price the Benz dealer wanted. He saved me over 5 grand.



Why do I love this place? Cause you just show up. He'll look at your car appointment or not. And you'll at least know what's wrong and or how much it'll cost. Try just showing up on a whim with any other shop, let alone the dealership.

I'm recently moved to the Richmond area and wanted an estimate on repair of my Mercedes 300E. I called this number,

and whomever answered decided I was a saleman and immediately told me not to call again and bother him and goodbye! How does he get any business at all? He shouldn't even be listed if that's his way of doing things. BTW, I found my repair to be about $1500.00 from another shop, and I promise you, they will have no problem accepting my money!! Good luck getting through to this guy!!!
