I went to the Atlee Station Rd location with a detailed discription of a necklace I wanted to have made for my wife. I went 5 weeks before I needed the necklace which I explained to them in great detail. I spoke to the manager Joan, and she assured me this could be accomplished. After three weeks of me having to follow-up and urge them along repeating myself again and again and being dissapointes again any again, I get this email from the manager Joan.

I am unable to guarantee this will be ready for Mother’s Day, so I am not going to be able to fulfill your request. This was the only option available for your budget and time frame for a custom piece with so many variables.
