has lied to me every time i come in contact with them no wonder fedex will not give there phone number out driver never came never left tag was told he was coming back found out later never called driver. delivered to wrong address in past heavy package and was told i needed to go get it myself. people at fedex keep saying that fedex doesn't do that well this office does. i will refuse to do business with anyone that ships exclusively with fedex am willing to pay extra to have it shipped ups or dhl or anyone other than fedex.

I waited at home all day for an important package to arrive that needed a signature. A door tag was left at my door, but I was sitting in a room adjacent to my front door and never heard a knock or a doorbell. I tested my doorbell to make sure that it was working and it was. Despite the driver clearly making limited effort to actually get my attention to indicate that he was at my door, they told me that they would not redeliver the package. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was on hold for 5 minutes before they hung up on me. However, 30 minutes later, they showed up at my door to redeliver the package, which I certainly appreciated.

This location and this company is the worst shipment organization out there. No accountability, no CUSTOMER in customer service. Everyone just quotes policy and reads information from the same website that we can all read. Please tell me something about my package that I can't find out myself.. That is why we call in.

I would give a 0 stars if possible! This particular FedEx left my package at the wrong address where someone else signed for it. Maybe there wouldn't have been so much confusion if they had even informed me of this instead of just leaving a slip of paper saying that they missed me the first time they stopped by at MY address (mind you, that's all it said, I never even got a tracking number). According to a representative, on their second go round they went to an incorrect address and left it to a random person...After getting "fed" up with frustrating phone calls to FedEx, to someone who could barely understand me because English was obviously not their first language...I find out they delivered the TITLE TO MY CAR to the leasing office for my apartment complex. Dear FedEx, please hire delivery associates who aren't so lazy as to deliver my package wherever they want to whomever is easiest and then neglect to inform me...Thankfully a manager at FedEx was finally able to tell us the address where they delivered the package and we put two and two together...And as pleasant as the FedEx employees were, this one sure got off the phone pretty damn quick, before I could inform her that I'd like to file a formal complaint. #INCOMPETENT

I had a deliver that i was suppose to receive on the day fedex said it would be delivered, well I made sure i cleared my whole day to be at home to sign for my package. at about 1:30 i went online to check the status of my package, it said that no one was home. I called fedex at that point to explain to them i was at home and had been at home all day, she said there was a door tag left, there was no door taged left. i went on to explain to her that there is only one way into my house and one way out, plus my dog would have let me know someone was here. she said i'm sorry we have no way of getting in touch with the delveir person and that your package will be delivered the next day. I told her that what it all boils down to is that the delivery drivers PICKS AND CHOOSES! HE probolly had all his deliveries in one area and my package was not in that area and wanted to have time to blow. This is the second time fedex has done this to me. when i use UPS i always get my packages when they say i am going to get them. I will NEVER use fedex again.
