Debbie and her staff were so great! We took our 7 month old Lhapsa apso in who has been through 3 surgeries due to illness already and is very timid of strangers. Sampson took right to Debbie and her staff and we were so comfortable leaving him there. The haircut looks great and best of all, our dog left there happy. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews. She's got a customer for life!

I took my husky the 1st time and she did a good job she bath my dog and used a ferminator to remove her undercoat really nice job. The 2nd time I took her it was horrible all she did was bath her did not brush her out or anything still had to pay $60..My friend took her little dog and she brushed her teeth and a few days later some of the dogs teeth fell out. I will never take my dog back to her nor would I recommend her to anyone. Word of mouth goes a long way if you love your pet like I do I beg of you do not use her...

I was very hesitant of taking my dogs to somewhere new, but Ashland was just too far for a drop off and pick up from Heavenly Clips. Debbie is conviently located (for me) She is always friendly and does a fantastic job on my shih tzus! I think her prices are competitive and I feel comfortable dropping my babies there and so should you!

I've taken my two yorkies to Debbie ever since they were puppies, She's always been very polite to my and them which assuming so many dogs come in Day in Day out, she still remembers there names! She too me is an Ideal animal lover.... I even sent my daughter there to wor for summer, she loved it along with the rest of Debbies staff. Unfortunatly she had school things come up after a only few weeks. But I HIGHLY reccomend Debbies to EVERYONE very positive, animal Loving woman.

I have been taking my dog to Debbie's Dog Grooming for several years now. I have always been very happy with the service and prices. They do a GREAT job, the place is very cute and clean. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a very well groomed dog and a very fair price. Also my dog has NEVER come home from there with fleas.

We just moved to area. Took my two babies, and my sisters into Debbies. I felt welcome, shop was cute and clean, and prices were very good. I will not be going back to the groomer near our summer home in Deltaville. Thanks Debbie and staff

I would tell everybody not to take ur pet there. They don't use pet shampoo. Pets come in without fleas an leave with fleas.

I took my german shep to debbies and omg ive never had him come out looking so good and the price. Ive paid over 80$ at other places and my dog came out the same as he went in i only paid 35$ and he looks the best. Ive ever had thay have a customer for life

I have been taking my dog to Debbie for a few years. She does an outstanding job on him and he is really in bad shape when he get to her. Her prices are cheaper than other places and she has great hours. I would recommend her to anyone.

Sadly, I was not impressed.



First, the employees were not very friendly. Second, it took them almost 3 hours to cut a Pom. Third, after 2.5 hours when I called, they said he was ready...when I arrived to pick him up, he was not ready. Third, his toenails were barely trimmed; they are still quite long. Fourth, he was handed to me without his harness, leash or collar...then they asked if he came in with anything. Fifth, he still has small mats behind his ears.



Overall, I did not feel welcome or that the employees enjoyed their profession or even liked dogs. Pups 'n' Sudz next to Kroger is much better: the same price, more professional, quicker and more welcoming.



I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I took my GSD to Debbie right after they opened. They did an awesome job w/ her! She smelled great and there was no shedding for about 3 weeks after. And for those who have GSD that's a BIG deal! They did a geat job on her nails too!

I WILL NOT EVER go back to them again! I have 2 car sick dogs driving around waiting for the groomer that NEVER showed up or even called. Then a few days later she calls me to reschedule the apt. She or the people that work for her never called me til 3 days later saying she was sick. That she wasn't thinking about "anyone" because she was in the hospital. I can't be made that she was sick but at least deserved a phone call. I know that if I owned a business I would at least have someone call my apts to tell them I couldnt make it. What a WASTE of time...DON'T ever go there.
