Horrible! Saleslady was friendly and accommodating at first, willing to help, and offering suggestions. Everything sounded great - saleslady visited our house and measured for flooring. We pointed out the refrigerator with ice and water and told her that the doors had to be removed to take it out of the kitchen. She said they would probably roll it onto plywood or something. We arranged to remove everything except the fridge. We arranged to pay them to handle the fridge. We oked the e-mailed estimate by e-mail. The guy came and said he could not install the flooring because of the fridge. He left and said they would call us. It was all downhill from there. We had to chase them for information. They eventually did reschedule - then ended up calling us back saying they would not install our flooring. Beware!

Just had new vinyl floor installed in my kitchen. It looks great, was installed perfectly. The entire exprience, quality and price was great. Highly recommend them. They did what they said they were going to do, on time and did it right!

I was referred to Carpet America by my builder, however, being the shopper and coupon user I am I still chose to shop around to get the best quality and service for my money as we were doing extensive upgrades and I didn't want to take any chances. I not only shopped around, I asked around and found that many of my friends had also used Carpet America in the past and received excellent service and a great price and they stood behind their work 100%. One thing that really impressed me was that one of my friends had purchased a floor 41/2 years prior and was having trouble with a seam due to their dishwasher leaking. Of course, it was not a problem caused by Carpet America, however, they came out and fixed and re-seamed their floor for them instead of trying to sell them a new floor. That showed me they cared about the customer and not just making a sale. I decided without a doubt to use Carpet America after that and I couldn't be more happy. I HIGHLY recommend them. Mrs. M.
