I was in on 4-24 and everyone was very nice. Especially the hostess. Thank you and the best Strombollis ever.

MUCH BETTER LATELY - BACK TO THE OLD YP! LOVE THAT BOLI!

I don't know what has happened to YP. After being a dedicated 30 year Patron, their service over the past few years has gone down hill in a hurry. The staff isn't happy, the customers aren't happy, the service is horrible, and if you complain you get read the riot act. Very, very dissappointing.

We have frequented this location many times but we will no longer. While the stomboli is great the service stinks and management does not care about the customer. I have spent 45 minutes at lunch waiting for a pizza, most of the time you wait for someone to seat you even though there are empty tables, that is if they even do seat you. Once you are seated you are lucky to get good service. If you do have a coupon for there be sure to read the fine print because even if it isn't in the fine print they still won't accept it. When you try to speak to management and let them know your feelings they give you attitude to the point that we told them that we would never be back.
