Work was done exactly as promised. Installer was exceptional. Very precise and cleanup was great. Very sensitive to keeping house clean during install. Finished product is considered top rate!

The whole experience was first class, from the initial meeting to the installation of my new walk in shower. The work is flawless. The shower looks like it was there from the building of the house. The installation crew was professional and courteous. We have shown off the new shower to anyone who comes to visit. I recommended them to friends as soon as the crew left.

We had all our windows replaced a few years ago by West Shore (LOVE them!), this time we wanted our back door replaced. Even though it was a "small" job, it was taken care of in a most professional manner. The new door had non-standard measurements, but it fits perfectly. Can't wait to see how well it works this winter! No more breeze coming in around the door jamb! Hooray!

We had a walk in shower installed twice and had two different crews in our home. Both completed the job in one day and the finished product is exactly what we needed and its beautiful.

Purchased 11 windows a door. The 4 gentleman arrived 15 minutes early and were very efficient and thorough. Windows and door are beautiful. Have noticed and incredible difference in the warmth of the house already. Have already purchased 3 more windows to be installed later this year.

Just had our windows and sliders installed yesterday. What a difference! Randy was very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure. In fact, he is back today to measure/quote us for a storm door. The installers were very efficient, courteous and left no messes for us to deal with. So far, very satisfied----hopefully they will be as energy efficicent and they are pretty to look at!

I recently had 11 windows installed. I had had 2 other quotes and had actually signed a contract with another company, West Shores sales Rep Randy was very polite and informative and helpful and explained other options no one else took the time to do. I found their product to be superior and although not the cheapest, the best value! I also took advantage of the interest free financing. Everything also happened exactly has Randy had said. No problems, no issues! Installers were fantastic, showed up on time and cleaned everything up throughout the day! I would highly recommend West Shore Window & Door to everyone!

Great experience my house is warmer already with a huge difference with my new windows

My son just has his windows done what a professional job that was done and the sales representatives Randal Ray Robertson was the greatest I will be using them for my doors and maybe bathroom great job to every one and Thank you

They did great work with a quality product, quality craftsmanship by Shane and Shawn, they worked around my work schedule and Bob my salesman was patient with me when I was making my door choices. (they have a lot of options) He also worked with me to find the best finance option to fit my needs. They did such a good job on the windows that I ordered a door and storm door from them the day of install. I would highly recommend WSWD to my friends.

Everyone that we came in contact with this company were all professional, and friendly, we never felt like we were pressured to buy at all. We purchased new doors and Jesse couldn't have been any nicer, he explained everything, gave us the price and left it up to us. The installers, Jim and Cory, were professionals as well. They removed our old doors and installed the new doors without a scratch to any of the surrounding area and they cleaned up as they went. We were really impressed and highly recommend this company, we couldn't be happier or more pleased.

Really love my new windows. The first day I could tell that the house was quieter, no wind nose and no cracking of the window frames. Can't wait to see what a difference it makes in my utility bills. The sales man and installers were courteous and really know the product. Great job all around!

From start to finish, I liked everybody who I dealt with. I am quite pleased with the finished product, and plan to have West Shore Window and Door do some more work on my home. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Randy was very informative and helpful in making a selection of storm door for my home, plus the door was energy efficient. My recommendation would be that he and his company is highly efficient

As always, I was very skeptical when I was approached by the individuals walking our neighborhood, but we were in serious need of a new front door, so I took the provided information and scheduled an appointment with a salesman. When Randy, the salesman showed up, I was pleasantly surprised by his friendly, down to earth demeanor. He wasn't the least bit pushy. Overall, while the product seemed like exactly what we wanted, it was Randy who sold the deal for us. We had our front door installed in May and we've received a number of compliments on the door. The installers went above and beyond for us and were very respectful and courteous. It has given our whole home a facelift. Randy still checks in frequently to make sure we are satisfied with our door and that there are no issues; it's an art that most salesman don't care to practice - but Randy does!

The windows are of great quality and fixed my draft. Randy, the rocking salesman, was very helpful, informative, and did not waste time. My installers were quick and thorough. If you can afford high quality windows I recommend you take a look at this company and educate yourself about energy saving home improvement.

The sales rep was very informative and helpful in placing our order for four doors and a garage door with an automatic opener. The doors are perfect and just what I wanted. Love the fact that one side of the door is white and the other side inside the home is wood looking. Couldn't ask for anything better! Also love those mini blinds inside the glass.....everyone at my work was so impressed. Also we never have to paint the doors. I took pictures into work and almost felt like a sales rep myself. Keep up the good work!!!

The installers were courteous and on time. They also performed the work to complete satisfaction. The door is gorgeous and was a good investment. I was referred to this company by my sister who also had a very good experience with West Shore Window and Door.

Overall I would say they did a good job. The estimate was on par with most of the others I received and they replaced my windows somewhat quickly. Since this is a second home for us and I wont be back until the fall, I could not say if it effected my energy bill, but the documentation on the windows was impressive and they look nice.



Their workers did a pretty good job of cleaning up afterward which was nice as well.

Had a great experience with West Shore from start to finish. The representative that came out took the time to explain everything well and go over the products. We didn't feel as though we were being pressured to buy anything. Installation was fast and they cleaned up well. The door looks amazing! Thanks
