I was at the Wicked Kitchen a week ago for one of their special events with a Paw Patrol character. What a joke. The character walked thru the tables one time giving the kids, mostly under five a little bag of junk. Bubble gum and taffy was included. Not suitable for a small one. Then he sat in the back by the restrooms and you could go and get your picture taken with him. We paid 15.00 per adult and 11.00 per child for a crappy meal. And since they had our orders in advance you shouldn't have had to wait thirty minutes just to get your meal. Their customer service is horrible. On their website it says ask a question and we will get back to you within a few days. Never heard back with my question of where to park. I drove around quite a while to find a place. Then near the end of our hour there the owner came and gave a long spill trying to promote her next event. And in the talk she said how it only was going to last so long cause she had a family to get home to also. Really??

This was a lunch for my son and niece and nephews birthday. The event was explained as being a lunch with Paw Patrol and you had to pay in advance as well as email the company your menu choices. To begin with, we had so many problems getting a hold of this restaurant as their hours are never accurate. They close for a variety reasons (low supply, overwhelming demand?- what business does that?) and do not adhere to the hours they post. I left them 2 voicemails asking about parking and never received a call back. When we got there we had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive. They forgot 2 of our drinks so we had to get up and find someone to get our drinks for us. Not only that, but when the food did come out it was all cold. The grilled cheese sandwich I ordered was cold and the cheese was not melted. I asked to have it remade and it was brought out the same plus they added a ton of other things I did not ask for and specifically told them not to put on. My soup was freezing and not the pot pie I had ordered. They were very rude and rushing. The children only saw the Paw Patrol character for a total of 5 minutes as he was hiding in the bathroom half of the time and had to be escorted everywhere because he literally could not see where he was walking. Also, they delete any reviews you post on their webpage that are any less than a 4. After speaking to other families in the area, we have found that this company has scammed many other families. The management is sloppy and rude. What a disappointment and waste of almost $100! Find a costume and do your own lunch with your child because this will not be an enjoyable one.
