Jeremy from Precision Inspections and Radon Solutions installed a Radon Mitigation system at our house. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and explained everything. He diagnosed our problem and recommended a new system. The installation was done as promised in one day. He also sealed all the cracks in our basement floor. The Radon test came back with almost no radon detected. The price was reasonable and his work is very neat. The system worked well without any maintenance. However, after several years I noticed the fan stopped. I gave Jeremy a call and he came over promptly. He got the fan working but didn’t like the sound and since it was still under warranty he offered to replace the fan with a new one at no charge for the fan or the installation!! Not only does Jeremy do a great job, he is also a very nice person to work with. I highly recommend Jeremy Radon Mitigation.
