While they do have their own floor installers, versus contractors like other companies, the work was not as expected, considering price paid. For example, the cuts they did near the wall were too short, as if they were trying to save boards. A cut by the door was completely wrong. Finally, the floor squeaks in several key areas. I called Armstrong, who makes the flooring, and after describing the above issues, they said this indicated improper installation methods
