Just went to your store with a chain that has broken for the second time in 3 months. Was told that since we didn't get the extended warranty it would cost 25.00 to fixit. Really people if a chain breaks 2 times in 3 months to me that means you sold me a sub par chain. Since you won't back up your product that leads me to beleave you really don't care about your customers. So from now on I will be buying my jewelry at another jewelry company and not Kay's
