Wow, what a TERRIBLE carpet store. Completely unprofessional. Carpet has multiple spots where poor installation was to blame for runs and tears. When I called my tenants to find out if the problem was fixed I found out the anything but a gentlemen "RICK" had just tried to cover the problem up with metal door strips over the seams. WHAT A JOKE. When I called and calmly asked him about this he asked how many years I had been laying carpet and hung up on me. I called back and he said numerous choice words and that he was the owner so nothing could be done. Laughable business, I guess the old rule "you get what you pay for" really is true.......
