Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. Walter was knowledgeable and was able to fix my refrigerator. I highly recommend them.

The company called within seconds of my putting my request online (on a Sunday), and came out the next Morning and fixed my washer. They offered to find someone to come on Sunday, but I told them that was not necessary, I could wait until the next morning. Cost was $140 to fix a stuck button on the front electronic panel of an LG front loader. The guy had to disassemble the top and front to get to the panel. He said that if it went out again, they would replace the panel and credit the $140! Excellent!!

Refrigerator was not working. GM Appliance arrived at appointed time and diagnosed the problem. The fan motor was broken. The rep thought that the compressor might also be shot. He took the time to put in a new fan motor in order to check the compressor, after discussing the situation with me. When the compressor did not restart, I decided to buy a new refrigerator. GM only charged me the $65 service fee for what I believe was above-and-beyond service.

ON TIME DIAGNOSED PROBLEM QUICKLY [IGNITER ON 40 YEAR OLD GAS OVEN] OBTAINED REPLACEMENT PARTS. INSTALLED AND CLEANED UP WITHIN 2HOURS. ALL FOR ABOUT 300 DOLLARS. MY WIFE WAS VERY HAPPY
