Austin gets a 0 for his business , and needs some professional help, furthermore he can not accept that he makes mistakes and resorts to name calling and childish behavior, this is what he sent for his ffl, very professional

I've bought some ammo here and done a couple FFL transfers. Though I've not bought a firearm from them, I've browsed while waiting for paperwork and the prices in the shop are reasonable. The guys here seem friendly and helpful enough. I did take off one star because they seem to be a bit understaffed. Often there's only one guy behind the counter to help five or six customers. But if you're patient, they'll get to you and are pretty knowledgeable.

Recently bought a Pistol from these guys, Ill have to say it was the smoothest transaction I have had on a firearm. They were very polite and answered all questions. As for the guy that was complaining about them They are always the busiest shop at a gun show and I can understand if the customer is a not stop complainer why he walked away from you. AAAAAAAA++++++++++++

Don't ever buy a gun from these irresponsible people. The website is never up to date which leads me to believe they may be a fly by night company and arrogance is their forte. My personal experience was at the recent gun show in Wichita. I was greeted with a real I don't have time for you attitude. I was interested in a particular gun and asked if there was one in the box. (the display model was scratched in several places and the stock was mounted crooked=brand new gun). Incidentally the firearm that I was interested in was immediatedly snatched out of the holder after I poltely brought that to his attention and the young man walked away with no attempt to sell another thing or even possibly order one that I would have glady waited for. Good job guys. No recommendation here. The one star is only for selection. Professionalism is a bust.
