Provided by YP.comThe owners are very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I was shown the differences between the two vacuum cleaners I was interested in and I never felt pressured into buying something I wasn't comfortable with. BONUS: The Riccar I bought has a great warranty that is honored right here where I bought it.
