I hired and paid Ray $990.00 after he assured me he could fix my faded sofa. He made it look beautiful, until a little moisture hit the leather. Then the dye came off and it was worse than the fading it had. Ray came back to my house three times and did the same procedure every time and with the same result. I refused a fourth time and he became rude. I requested a refund and let him know the sofa is now looks worse than before he refurbished it, the refund was refused. I did file a BBB complaint, that is on file. Ultimately, he cost me a Flexsteel Leather sofa sleeper, since I ended up giving it away. It became a sofa nobody wanted to sit on for fear that something moist may get on it. It was also quite the conversation piece. Now I'm out an expensive sofa and have had to purchase a new one. An estimate of what he cost me outside of a lot of time and smelling up my house for weeks is about $5000.00. Using this business was a highly frustrating and costly mistake.
