I do not typically give harsh reviews, but this was BAD. My first experience was a washer and dryer that my late husband got from pringles, niether worked. He fixed them himself and they barely work(one setting). Then I purchased a home and I was mistaken in thinking that the fridge and range were included so I went to pringles again figuring I would give it a second chance, and being unable to afford new. The range had an element out, which he came and fixed. At that time I told him that the fridge was also not working, freezing everything on the lowest setting and that the water line for the ice was plugged or something, which I specifically asked about before I bought it, and he just said the waterline was too much trouble and he wasn't going to fix it but he would bring some part to regulate the temp the next day. Didn't come until I called again. It worked for awhile, then went out, rotten food. He fixes it again. It dies again. More food thrown out. I tell them that I am not willing to keep having all my food go bad and I was getting a new fridge and I would like a refund. Ha! I called 3 times before I got a prorated refund of 80 bucks. Bad, bad business ethic. Not friendly people. My advise: Never do business with them.

beware of this company!!! I called to get a price to fix my dishwasher and when I mentioned that the manufacturer had told me how much the part was I needed the lady on the phone told me she did not want my business. she said "call someone else" Probably becuse they could not get away with charging a huge mark up on the parts.
