I bragged about going to this place with my girlfriend. I told her that there was a reason why I had been coming here for 5 years. I love there pizza and I still think they have some of the best. The bad part is their customer service. When we ordered the lady that took our order was very rude and rolled her eyes at us. We sat down talking about that girl and the people behind us were being served by a guy. He was letting the plate bounce on the table and we heard after we left that these people at this table were unhappy.

When our food came the guy bounced our plate (which had a pizzone on it) and did the same with the one fork and knife. As he turned to walk away I asked if I could have one more fork because we were splitting this. He walked away without saying anything and when he came back he dropped the fork on the table. I said "Thank you" to him and he just walked away.

I called them when I got home because I figured that they would want to know how their employees were handling the customers. When I first called the guy on the line (who served us the food) ask why I was calling. I said because I had a complaint and he asked what about. Right there I shouldn’t have said anything, but hoping it would get me a manager faster I told him it was a complaint. He then said that a manager was unavailable and to leave the complaint with him. I told him we were unhappy with the customer service and that I might not be coming back there because of it. He cut me off and said, “That’s fine” and hung up the phone. I called back and asked for a manger. A girl got on the phone and asked what the problem was. I explained what had just transpired when I called earlier and how rude that was. This girl then started to inform me that they had been complimented on how great they were over the weekend by customers. I guess my complaint didn’t matter because there was only one, mine, on a weekday.

I work in retail and manage at my second job. I know that people might be having a bad day, but treating a customer like this is uncalled for. I am NEVER going back to this pizza place, even though they have my favorite pizza. I have a principle to uphold and will NEVER eat one of their pizza’s again. Let it be known that if you ever have a problem with their customer service or pizza they will NOT care!
