This is an agency that runs on a single dictatorship of a director who has never worked even as a house manager. Company runs on popularity contests and all of the major staff running the program are best friends. Anyone trying to report problems is fired or demoted as punishment.

This "non-profit" is greedy and does not have their clients best interests in mind. Not only are they unscrupulous in their client care and financial management, but they treat their employees like slaves and will discharge employees that bring scandalous business practices to managements attention. They fight every employees unemployment claims because greed and money are their number ONE priority. Truly disgusting... steer clear of this organization.
