We just bought a used F350 Platinum with only 1,965 miles on it. The deal was made online from Chuck Colvin Ford Nissan dealership. The salesman told me 'It is loaded with options.' The truck was delivered, and the salesman assured me 'This thing is loaded with all the options.'
My mistake was first of all ordering online from them, and then for not insisting on going through everything with me to make sure it had all the features I wanted before buying it and just taking the dealership word that it should because it was a 'loaded Platinum'.

This truck broke down after driving it only 39 miles. I had to have it towed back that night to the dealership. I was told 'it is a fluke. It happens sometimes' that a Ford breaks down having only 2,004 miles on it.

I talked to the sales manager about returning this truck because this truck I was assured was 'loaded with features' did not have features i expected and that were important to my wife and I, also because it broke down after only 39 miles. I was told 'No!' in no uncertain terms by the sales manager. I guess it is just all about the business to them, and not how that 'business' impacts the customer. There was no willingness to consider doing what was right which was to take back the broken down truck and return the funds from a few days prior (with only 39 miles being put on the truck).

So learn from my mistakes: Don't buy online from Colvin's as you will likely end up with somethingother than what you thought you were buying and have no recourse with this dealer.; make sure it has what you want on it and don't take the salesmans word that it has the features you want or that it is loades with all the options. You will be stuck with it and there is no going back - even if it breaks down the first time you drive it. All that said, I have learned my lesson from this experience and will not buy another vehicle from the Chuck Colvin Ford Nissan dealership again.

A great experience. Very sociable and not "pushy". Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership either in person on the phone was very nice and accommodating. I would certainly go back there again. I actually live in California but was in Oregon visiting my family and we decided to go car shopping and I knew I wanted a Lincoln as I have had Lincolns in the past. I ended up buying while there and drove the new car back to California and had it registered and licensed which is my permanent residence. I may save my service dates and go back to Oregon for the service also. Not many dealerships here in the Sacramento area for Lincolns. Thank you.

My family has been doing business with Chuck Colvin in sales and service for as long as I can remember. Every person there is the best! They have honest, hard working, long term employees, support for the community is 2nd to none, and they stand behind their work, and what they sell! This is a great place to do business!!

sorry, if u plan to have work done on your car or truck as i did, dont let them tell you they will get u right in , it took them a week before they did service my truck with lack of talking to there own people, charge you for service that didnt help you get back on the road,not very happy with them, wont go back!!
