My 10 year old washing machine stopped performing its rinse cycle. Upon some online research I was able to troubleshoot the cause and look up the part. I shopped online and got prices for the factory part and the replacement of the item was so simple - yes, a caveman could do it.
I called 2 local appliance shops in town to get an idea if I could get it quick within a reasonable price. I could just order the item through Amazon, and get it soon but... why not try to 1. buy local and 2. make the wife happy so we could get back to using our machine again?
I called this shop second and the difference in how I was greeted over the phone was worlds apart. These folks were friendly and even encouraged me to shop online for the best price. When I was told they could have the part the next day and it happened to be about the same as Amazon... I was glad to have them provide the replacement.
10:30 AM the next day I get the call that my part is in! When I arrived I was greeted by the folks there and was pleasantly surprised at how they just enjoy helping their customers.

The least I could do was spread the word that this shop is top notch. If they perform service repairs like they treat people, they will be getting my business hands down! Call them first!
