I have used VIP Realty for appraisals many times. Every time, the appraisal comes through quickly, properly presented and accurate. Nothing can derail a Real Estate transaction faster than a bad appraisal. Vince always delivers and on the odd occasion where time was short managed to do it in an extremely short time. His interactions with any clients I sent him to have always led to favorable remarks and expressions of satisfaction.
